摘  要:城市轨道交通基础设施系统复杂,为保障行车安全,需要通过检测系统对基础设施状态变化规律作出评价。检测系统需要统一的空间信息作为检测基础,安装在车辆上的编码器是获取车辆行驶里程的重要来源。由于检测子系统需要不同频率的编码器脉冲计算速度和触发相机拍照,因此设计一种能够灵活对输入脉冲进行倍频的技术迫在眉睫。为此,研制出一款编码器脉冲处理板卡,通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)与单片机配合,灵活对输入脉冲进行倍频,满足了不同子系统对脉冲的需求,并根据脉冲计算出速度和里程,提高了设备的智能化程度。The urban rail transit infrastructure system is complex,and in order to ensure driving safety,it is necessary to evaluate the changes in infrastructure status through detection systems.The detection system requires unified spatial information as the basis for detection,and the encoder installed on the vehicle is an important source for obtaining the vehicle's mileage.As the detection subsystem requires encoder pulses of different frequencies to calculate speed and trigger camera photography,it is urgent to design a technology that can flexibly multiply the input pulses.To this end,an encoder pulse processing board has been developed,which flexibly multiplies the input pulse through Field-Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)and single-chip microcontroller,meeting the pulse requirements of different subsystems,and calculates the speed and mileage based on the pulse,improving the intelligence level of the equipment.
