摘  要:提出了一种基于振动机理特征的铁路轨道不平顺在线故障检测系统,旨在实现轨道状态的实时监测和预警。该系统通过传感器采集列车运行过程中的振动信号,利用置信规则库建立振动数据到轨道不平顺幅度的映射关系,实现轨道状态的实时检测预警。结果表明,该系统可有效弥补现有检测方法周期长、精度低等缺陷,为铁路轨道状态监测和预防性维护提供了技术支撑,有效保障了铁路的运营安全。A railway track roughness online fault detection system based on vibration mechanism features is proposed,aiming to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of track status.The system collects vibration signals during train operation through sensors,establishes a mapping relationship between vibration data and track roughness amplitude using a confidence rule library,and achieves real-time detection and warning of track status.The results show that the system can effectively compensate for the shortcomings of existing detection methods such as long cycle and low accuracy,providing technical support for railway track status monitoring and preventive maintenance,and effectively ensuring the operational safety of railways.
