摘 要:随着家居产品的智能化发展,智能马桶逐渐进入人们的生活。智能马桶盖具备加热、温水洗净、暖风干燥、杀菌等多种功能。该产品由于舒适性、便捷性受到了越来越多消费者的喜爱,但智能马桶盖的使用寿命问题也越来越严峻。此类产品的典型故障之一是因漏水而导致电器件故障。为提高产品质量和可靠性,对比了3种典型马桶盖防水装置的差异性,并通过实验手段验证了其防水能力,然后对IP防水结构改进优化提供了建议。With the intelligent development of household products,intelligent toilet are gradually entering people's lives.Intelligent toilet covers are equipped with various functions such as heating,warm water cleansing,warm air drying,and sterilization.Due to their comfort and convenience,this product has been increasingly favored by consumers.However,the issue of the service life of intelligent toilet covers is becoming increasingly severe.One of the typical failures of such products is electrical component malfunction caused by water leakage.In order to improve product quality and reliability,this paper compares the differences between three typical waterproof devices for toilet covers and verifies their waterproof capabilities through experimental means.Subsequently,suggestions for the improvement and optimization of IP waterproof structures are provided.
