摘　　要：为提升工业生产效率与安全性,减少人工干预并实现设备状态的实时监测,设计了一种工业计量仪表数据自动采集系统。首先,对系统架构进行了设计,其主要由传感器、协调器、适配器等部分组成。然后,在此基础上,完成了软件设计,即基于指令-关联图开发了一套集中式程序,用于完成数据采集,并对采集数据进行降噪、补偿等处理。最后,设计了一个数据库,将处理后的信号存储其中,以供后续访问和应用。应用结果表明,该系统数据采集的精准度稳定在97.5%99.8%之间,说明系统数据采集的准确性较高,应用效果良好。To improve industrial production efficiency and safety,reduce manual intervention,and achieve real-time monitoring of equipment status,an automatic data acquisition system for industrial measuring instruments has been designed.Firstly,the system architecture was designed,which mainly consists of sensors,coordinators,adapters,and other components.Then,on this basis,software design was completed,that is,a centralized program was developed based on instruction correlation diagram to complete data acquisition and perform noise reduction,compensation and other processing on the collected data.Finally,a database was designed to store the processed signals for subsequent access and application.The application results show that the accuracy of the system's data collection is stable between 97.5%and 99.8%,indicating that the accuracy of the system's data collection is high and the application effect is good.
