摘  要:整车及零部件制造领域的MES系统用于在制造过程中监控产品的制造流程。针对激光雕刻机设备,为实现其与MES系统的数据交互,基于C#语言设计了一套解决方案,即通过扫码枪实现数据读取并与MES系统进行数据交互,同时利用雕刻机软件本身的DLL实现打印信息的替换并最终完成打印任务。应用该方案后,在雕刻机单机软件无需升级板卡硬件的情况下,成功实现了其与MES系统的信息互联。The MES system in the field of vehicle and parts manufacturing is used to monitor the manufacturing process of products in the manufacturing process.For laser engraving machine equipment,in order to realize its data interaction with the MES system,a set of solutions based on C#language is designed,that is,through the scanning gun to realize the data reading and data interaction with the MES system,and at the same time use the DLL of the engraving machine software to realize the replacement of the printing information and ultimately complete the printing task.After applying this solution,the information interconnection between the engraving machine and the MES system is successfully realized without upgrading the hardware of the board in the case of the stand-alone software of the engraving machine.
