摘　　要：二十世纪初,湖南作为中国近代工业文明与传统文化碰撞的前沿阵地,涌现出一批工人运动先驱,在民族危亡与阶级压迫的双重困境中,通过组织安源路矿工人大罢工、粤汉铁路罢工等实践,开创了具有中国特色的工人运动新范式。他们组织领导工人运动、创新斗争策略、深入工人群众,展现出清醒自觉、敢于抗争、奋勇当先的历史主动精神。本文从湘籍工运先驱的主要事迹入手,深入探析他们的历史主动精神及其当代价值。At the beginning of the 20th century,Hunan,as the forefront of the collision between modern industrial civilization and traditional culture in China,emerged as a group of pioneers of the workers'movement.In the dual dilemma of national crisis and class oppression,through organizing the Anyuan Road miners'strike,the Guangdong Han railway strike and other practices,a new paradigm of workers'movement with Chinese characteristics was created.They organized and led the workers'movement,innovated struggle strategies,and went deep into the workers'masses,demonstrating a clear and conscious historical initiative spirit of daring to resist and taking the lead.This article will start with the main deeds of the pioneers of the Hunan labor movement,and deeply explore their historical initiative spirit and contemporary value.
