党建引领下高校党校干部教育培训工作机制探究

摘　　要：在全面从严治党与教育强国建设的时代背景下,高校党校肩负着重大使命,既是干部教育培训的主渠道,又是青年思政教育的重要阵地。在前者职能上,党校通过系统化、专业化的培训,为高校培养政治过硬、业务精湛的管理干部,他们在学校治理、战略规划、教学科研管理等多方面发挥着中流砥柱的作用;就后者而言,党校借助丰富的红色资源、前沿的理论课程,筑牢青年学子的理想信念根基,为党和国家事业培养可靠接班人。鉴于此,本文聚焦高校党校干部教育培训工作,深入剖析现状,试图构建“责任共担—资源聚合—数字赋能”三位一体机制,以期形成更具活力、更高效能的教育培训新生态,助力高校在新时代实现高质量发展,为党和国家输送高素质人才。In the context of comprehensive strict governance of the Party and the construction of a strong education country,university party schools shoulder a significant mission.They are not only the main channel for cadre education and training,but also an important battlefield for youth ideological and political education.In terms of the former function,Party schools provide systematic and specialized training to cultivate politically competent and professionally skilled management cadres for universities.They play a pivotal role in school governance,strategic planning,teaching and research management,and other aspects;As for the latter,Party schools rely on rich red resources and cutting-edge theoretical courses to build a solid foundation of ideal beliefs among young students and cultivate reliable successors for the cause of the Party and the country.In view of this,this article focuses on the education and training of cadres in university party schools,deeply analyzes the current situation,and attempts to construct a three in one mechanism of"shared responsibility resource aggregation digital empowerment",aiming to form a more dynamic and efficient new ecology of education and training,help universities achieve highquality development in the new era,and provide high-quality talents for the Party and the country.
