摘　　要：文章是在新常态背景下能源企业党建工作的研究,在经济新常态、能源转型和全面从严治党的背景下,能源企业必须高度重视党建工作的推进。当前能源企业仍然面临些许挑战,本文提出构建党建工作模式,创新协同机制,强化政治引领与思想引导,拓展统战工作覆盖面,加强专业人才队伍建设等路径,以期有效提升能源企业凝聚力和创新活力,为企业高质量发展和能源安全提供坚强政治保障。The article is a study on the party building work of energy enterprises under the background of the new normal.In the context of the economic new normal,energy transformation,and comprehensive strict governance of the party,energy enterprises must attach great importance to the promotion of party building work.Currently,energy enterprises still face some challenges.This article proposes to estab⁃lish a party building work model,innovate collaborative mechanisms,strengthen political and ideological guidance,expand the coverage of united front work,and strengthen the construction of professional talent teams,in order to effectively enhance the cohesion and innovation vitality of energy enterprises,and provide strong political guarantees for high-quality development and energy security of enterprises.
