摘 要:针对丘陵山区油菜机械化收获面临的难题,优化设计了一种适用于丘陵山区的油菜高效低损捡拾脱粒清选一体机。论述了改进后收获机的总体结构和工作原理,设计了捡拾器和脱粒清选机构的关键技术参数,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,改进后的收获机在不同前进速度和捡拾带速度比下,能够实现较高的作业效率和较低的总损失率,籽粒含杂率和破碎率均满足丘陵山区复杂地形下的油菜机械化收获需求。In order to solve the problems faced by mechanized harvesting of rapeseed in hilly and mountainous areas,a high-efficiency and low-loss pickup threshing and cleaning machine for rapeseed was optimized.Overall structure and working principle of the improved harvester was introduced,key technical parameters of the pickup and threshing cleaning mechanism were described,and experimental research was carried out.The results showed that the improved harvester could achieve higher working efficiency and lower total loss rate under different working speed and pick up speed ratio,and rapeseed clutter and crushing rate could meet the demands of mechanized harvesting under complex terrain in hilly and mountainous areas.
