摘  要:设计了一种旋耕刀—埋指组合式秸秆还田机,以解决传统秸秆还田机作业过程中秸秆易堆积和种床内秸秆过多的问题。通过对埋指和旋耕刀辊关键部件的优化设计,确保了秸秆的深度压埋和均匀分布。通过田间试验对该机具的作业性能进行了验证,与传统旋耕机相比,设计的组合式还田机在秸秆分布均匀度和掩埋深度方面具有显著提升。A combined straw returning machine with rotary tiller and bury fingers was designed to solve the problems of straw accumulation and excess in seed bed soil by traditional machine operation.Through optimizing key components of the bury finger and rotary tiller,the deep embedding and uniform distribution of straw were ensured.The results of field experiment showed significant improvement in straw distribution uniformity and straw burial depth.
