摘  要:本项目针对现有行星滚珠丝杠在重卡电机械制动(EMB)中的传动效率低、发热大等问题,研发了新型大功率行星滚柱丝杠。该丝杠采用多点螺旋曲面啮合传动结构,替代传统点线接触,显著提升了承载能力、寿命和传动效率,同时具备抗冲击、自调整间隙、自锁和轻量化等特点。相比现有EMB装置的复杂结构,新型行星滚柱丝杠减少了热量积聚,提高了制动过程中的安全性与可靠性,为商用车驻车制动系统提供了更高效的解决方案。This project develops the new high-power planetary roller wire in view of the low transmission efficiency and high heating of the existing planetary ball wire in heavy truck electric mechanical brake(EMB).The screw adopts the multi-point spiral surface meshing transmission structure,replacing the traditional point and line contact,significantly improving the carrying capacity,life and transmission efficiency,and has the characteristics of impact resistance,self-adjustment clearance,self-locking and lightweight.Compared to the complex structure of the existing EMB device,the new planetary roller wire reduces the heat buildup,improves the safety and reliability during the braking process,and provides a more efficient solution for the commercial vehicle parking braking system.
