摘  要:本研究对硬质合金刀具铣削45号钢时的切削力进行试验分析。45号钢在机械制造领域应用广泛,其高硬度使铣削加工易出现刀具磨损严重、切削力不均和精度控制难等问题。通过对切削速度、每齿进给量、切削深度这三个单因素的正交试验,研究刀具在空间轴向铣削力变化。结果表明,切削深度对铣削力影响最大,每齿进给量次之,切削速度影响较小。适当增加进给量可降低单位铣削力,提高材料去除率。建议铣削45号钢时,切削速度设为200 m/min,每齿进给量0.10 mm/r,切削深度1.5 mm,可提升效率、减小切削力、减少刀具磨损,为工艺优化提供理论和实践指导。This research conducts experimental analysis on the cutting force of cemented carbide tools during milling of 45-steel.45-steel is widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing.Its high hardness often leads to problems such as severe tool wear,uneven cutting force,and difficulty in controlling machining accuracy during milling.Through orthogonal experiments on three single factors,namely cutting speed,feed per tooth,and cutting depth,the variation of the milling force of the tool in the spatial axial direction is studied.The results show that among these three factors,the cutting depth has the most significant impact on the milling force,followed by the feed per tooth,and the cutting speed has a relatively small impact.Appropriately increasing the feed rate can reduce the unit milling force and improve the material removal rate.It is recommended that when milling 45-steel,the cutting speed should be set at 200 m/min,the feed per tooth should be 0.10 mm/r,and the cutting depth should be 1.5 mm.This can improve efficiency,reduce the cutting force,and reduce tool wear,providing theoretical and practical guidance for process optimization.
