基于数控铣床中锥椭圆加工的方法研究

摘  要:非圆曲线的加工是认定数控技师人才必须具备的技能,含有非圆曲线特征的零件相对于外圆、圆弧类的零件比较难加工。数控机床一般不具有非圆曲线的插补计算功能,针对非圆曲线的加工,必须通过直线拟合的方法来对这些零件进行加工,可以运用数控系统的宏程序去完成零件加工。在数控铣床加工锥椭圆中,一般的指令编程难以完成其加工要求,本文采用双重嵌套的宏程序进行指令编程,解决在数控铣床中锥椭圆加工的问题,通过结合具体的实例,在数控铣床中加工锥椭圆。本论文解决了锥椭圆手工编程的难点,为今后企业中数控铣削其它非圆曲线的编程提供了借鉴。The processing of non-circular curves is a skill that must be possessed by skilled CNC technicians.Parts with non-circular curve features are more difficult to process than parts with external cylindrical or circular features.CNC machines generally do not have the interpolation calculation function for non-circular curves.For the processing of non-circular curves,the parts must be processed through the method of straight-line approximation during the machining process.The parts can be machined using the macro program of the CNC system.In the processing of cone ellipse on a CNC milling machine,it is difficult to complete the machining requirements with general instruction programming.In this paper,a double nested macro program is used for instruction programming to solve the problem of cone ellipse machining on a CNC milling machine.By combining specific examples,cone ellipse machining is performed on a CNC milling machine.This thesis solves the difficulties of manual programming for cone ellipses and provides reference for other non-circular curve machining programming in enterprises in the future.
