摘 要:操作配备4刀位四方刀架的数控车床,直接把标准车刀杆安装于刀架上,刀尖点在刀架上无法准确定位,以至于同一把车刀安装在同一个刀位上,不但第一次安装需要对刀进行形状补偿,在之后的每一次拆卸完重新安装都需要重新对刀进行形状补偿,严重影响加工效率;为此,设计一种标准车刀杆的辅助定位器,解决同一把车刀杆安装在同一个刀位上经过重复拆卸而不需要重新对刀,本文对传统的安装缺点和设计导入做了详细阐述,对新设计的定位器的组成结构、规格、定位原理、固定方法、各个设计尺寸、使用方法做了详细介绍。Operating a CNC lathe equipped with 4 tool positions square tool rest,the standard turning tool rod is directly installed on the tool rest,the tool tip can not be accurately positioned on the tool rest,so that the same turning tool is installed on the same tool position,not only the first installation needs to be compensated for the shape of the tool,after each disassembly and re-installation need to be re-compensated for the shape of the tool,seriously affecting the processing efficiency;To this end,the design of a standard tool bar auxiliary positioner,to solve the same tool bar installed on the same tool position after repeated disassembly without the need to re-tool,this paper on the traditional installation shortcomings and design import made a detailed introduction to the new design of the positioner's composition structure,specifications,positioning principle,fixing methods,each design size,the use of the method made a detailed introduction.
