摘 要:针对可转位刀片型号繁多、设计繁琐的问题,利用SolidWorks软件对其开展系列化设计。以TNMM160408正三角形刀片和SNMM090308正方形刀片为例,对其开展参数化建模,并结合SolidWorks系列零件设计表和Excel软件对刀片进行系列化设计,生成多种规格的刀片配置库。通过对刀片的模态仿真,获得了不同振型对应的频率,为切削参数调整提供了理论依据。结果表明SolidWorks软件能够有效提高可转位刀片的设计效率和设计精度。In response to the problem of a wide variety of models and complicated designs for rotatable blades,SolidWorks software was used to carry out a series of designs for them.Taking TNMM160408 equilateral triangular blade and SNMM090308 square blade as examples,parametric modeling is carried out,and the blade is designed in series using SolidWorks series part design table and Excel software to generate blade configuration libraries of various specifications.Through modal simulation of the blade,the frequencies corresponding to different vibration modes were obtained,providing a theoretical basis for adjusting cutting parameters.The results indicate that SolidWorks software can effectively improve the design efficiency and accuracy of rotatable blades.
