摘  要:以地铁牵引变流器为对象,研究其柜体冲击强度的有限元仿真及试验测试方法,并对其Mises应力进行对标。根据三维模型建立对应的有限元模型,建模时忽略重量很小的零件,保证模型重量误差可控;提取有限元模型中壳单元的Mises应力,与冲击试验中通过应变花所测量的应力进行对比。试验结果表明,仿真结果和实际受力符合性较好。Taking the subway traction converters as the object,the finite element simulation and test method of the impact strength of the cabinet were studied,and the Mises stress was benchmarked.The corresponding finite element model is established according to the three-dimensional model,and the parts with small weight are ignored during modeling to ensure that the weight error of the model is controllable.Mises stress of shell element in finite element model were extracted and compared with those measured by strain rosettes in impact test.The comparison results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual forces.
