摘  要:本文旨在探究酶解复合蛋白对仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标以及肠道健康的影响。研究采用单因素试验设计,选取36日龄约10 kg仔猪400头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复20头,试验期25 d。4个处理分别为:对照组(基础日粮,不含鱼粉,锌含量为1500 mg/kg)、鱼粉组(含3%鱼粉,锌含量为1500 mg/kg)、复合蛋白组(3%酶解复合蛋白替代3%鱼粉,锌含量为1500 mg/kg)和低锌组(添加5%酶解复合蛋白,锌含量为65 mg/kg)。试验结果表明,复合蛋白组和低锌组的末重和平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组腹泻指数和腹泻率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),并且复合蛋白组腹泻率显著低于鱼粉组和低锌组(P<0.05)。血液生化指标结果显示,各试验组尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组二胺氧化酶(DAO)和D-乳酸(D-lac)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,在仔猪饲料中用酶解复合蛋白等比例替代鱼粉,可明显提高仔猪生长性能、降低腹泻率、维护肠道完整性,并且添加高比例酶解复合蛋白可降低高剂量氧化锌的添加。该研究结果,科学评价酶解复合蛋白替代饲料中鱼粉和降低高剂量氧化锌的可行性,为实际生产提供应用依据。This study aims to investigate the effects of enzymatically hydrolyzed complex protein on the growth performance,blood biochemical indicators,and intestinal health of piglets.The research evaluates the feasibility of using enzymatically hydrolyzed complex protein as a substitute for fish meal in feed while reducing high-dose zinc oxide,thereby providing a practical application basis for production.A single-factor experimental design was employed,in which 400 piglets approximately 10 kg,aged 36 days were randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates per treatment and 20 pigs per replicate.The experimental period lasted for 25 days.The four treatments included:a control group(basal diet without fish meal,zinc content 1500 mg/kg),a fish meal group(containing 3%fish meal,zinc content 1500 mg/kg),a composite protein group(replacing 3%fish meal with 3%enzymatically hydrolyzed composite protein,zinc content 1500 mg/kg),and a low zinc group(adding 5%enzymatically hydrolyzed composite protein,zinc content 65 mg/kg).The experimental results indicated that the final weight and average daily gain(ADG)of the composite protein group and low zinc group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The diarrhea index and rate for each experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),with the composite protein group exhibiting a significantly lower diarrhea rate compared to both the fish meal group and the low zinc group(P<0.05).Blood biochemical indicators revealed that the levels of urea nitrogen(UN)in each experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while alkaline phosphatase(AKP)levels were significantly higher(P<0.05).Additionally,compared to the control group,the levels of diamine oxidase(DAO)and D-lactate(D-lac)in each experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05).In summary,substituting fish meal with equivalent proportions of enzymatic complex protein in piglet feed can significantly enhance piglet growth perfo
