三丁酸甘油酯和单宁酸复合制剂替代饲用抗生素对肉鸡生产性能的影响

摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯和单宁酸复合制剂替代饲用抗生素对肉鸡生产性能的影响。选取264羽AA肉鸡,随机分为3个处理组,每个处理组8个重复,每个重复11羽。阴性对照组饲喂基础日粮;阳性对照组饲喂基础日粮+金霉素150 mg/kg;试验组饲喂基础日粮+三丁酸甘油酯和单宁酸复合制剂1 000 g/t。试验期42 d(分1~10 d、11~24 d、25~34 d和35~42 d四个阶段)。结果表明:试验第一阶段(1~10 d),阳性对照组肉鸡的总增重、平均日增重和总采食量均最高,其次是试验组,最后是阴性对照组,但三组间差异都不显著(P>0.05);从料肉比来看,试验组比其他两组略高一些,但差异也不显著(P>0.05)。试验第二阶段(11~24 d),试验组肉鸡的长速加快,总增重和平均日增重均略高于阳性对照组,料肉比也比阳性对照组有所改善,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验第三阶段(25~34 d),试验组肉鸡的生长优势进一步扩大,总增重和平均日增重在三组中均最高,料肉比最低,但差异都不显著(P>0.05)。试验第四阶段(35~42 d),试验组肉鸡仍保持促生长的优势,总增重和平均日增重均最高,料肉比最低,但差异都不显著(P>0.05)。综合全程(1~42 d)来看,试验组肉鸡总增重、平均日增重和欧洲生产效率指数均最高,但三组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组料肉比最低,与阳性对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,日粮中添加三丁酸甘油酯和单宁酸复合制剂可以提高肉鸡的生产性能,提高饲料转化率,改善料肉比,促生长作用优于抗生素。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of replacing feed antibiotics with a compound preparation of tributyrin and tannin on the production performance of broilers.A total of 264 AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups,with 8 replicates per group and 11 broilers per replicate.The negative control group was fed a basal diet;the positive control group was fed a basal diet with 150 mg/kg chlortetracycline;and the test group was fed a basal diet with 1000 g/t of a compound preparation of tributyrin and tannin.The trial period was 42 days,divided into four stages:1-10 days,11-24 days,25-34 days,and 35-42 days.The results showed that during the first phase(1-10 days),total weight gain,average daily gain,and total feed intake were highest in the positive control group,followed by the test group,and then the negative control group,though the differences among the three groups were not significant(P>0.05).In terms of the feed conversion ratio(FCR),the test group was slightly higher than the other two groups,but the difference was also not significant(P>0.05).During the second phase(11-24 days),the growth rate of broilers in the test group accelerated,and both total weight gain and average daily gain were slightly higher than those in the positive control group,with a slight improvement in FCR as well,although the differences remained non-significant(P>0.05).In the third phase(25-34 days),the growth advantage of the test group further expanded,with the highest total weight gain and average daily gain among the three groups and the lowest FCR,but the differences were still not significant(P>0.05).In the fourth phase(35-42 days),the test group maintained its growth-promoting advantage,with the highest total weight gain and average daily gain,and the lowest FCR,though the differences were still not significant(P>0.05).Overall,across the entire trial period(1-42 days),the total weight gain,average daily gain,and European Performance Efficiency Index(EPEI)of the test group were the highest,but the di
