中药制剂对母猪繁殖性能及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征防控的影响

摘　　要：为研究日粮添加中药制剂对母猪繁殖性能、血液生化指标和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)抗体水平和PRRSV垂直传播的影响。选择104头体况相近产前3周的怀孕母猪(来自猪繁殖与呼吸综合征阳性猪场),按照栋舍平均分为对照组和试验组,试验组日粮中添加中药制剂(主要原料为七清败毒颗粒、银黄可溶性粉和香菇健),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验周期50 d。结果:与对照组相比,试验组母猪窝均活仔数有所上升,无效仔下降明显,血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)显著下降(P<0.05),总胆红素(TBIL)等有所下降,但差异不显著(P>0.05);PRRS抗体检测方面,试验组S/P均值有所降低,S/P>2.0的比例降低10%。综上,在母猪日粮中添加七清败毒颗粒、银黄可溶性粉和香菇健中药制剂能提升母猪繁殖性能、降低仔猪发病率,维持PRRS抗体水平稳定,降低肝肾功能损伤。To investigate the effects of adding traditional Chinese medicine preparations to the diet on reproductive performance,blood biochemical indicators,PRRS antibody levels,and vertical transmission of PRRSV in sows.Select 104 pregnant sows with similar physical conditions at 3 weeks before delivery(from a pig breeding and PRRS positive pig farm),and divide them into a control group and an experimental group according to the average number of buildings.The experimental group's diet is supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine preparations(mainly Qiqing Baidu granules,Silver Yellow soluble powder,and Fragrant Mushroom Health),while the control group is fed a basic diet for 50 days.Result:Compared with the control group,the average number of live piglets per litter in the experimental group increased,while the number of ineffective piglets decreased significantly.The serum levels of ALT and AST decreased significantly(P<0.05),TBIL and other factors decreased slightly,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);In terms of antibody detection against PRRS,the mean S/P value of the experimental group decreased,and the proportion of S/P>2.0 decreased by 10%.In conclusion,the addition of Chinese medicine preparation to the sows'diet can improve their reproductive performance,reduce the incidence rate of piglets,maintain a stable level of PRRS antibody,and reduce liver and kidney function damage.
