南平市延平区赤门乡动物疫病强制免疫效果监测与分析

摘　　要：为评估南平市延平区赤门乡主要动物疫病集中免疫工作质量和效果,采用血清学检测方法对2020-2023年畜禽规模场和散养户进行高致病性禽流感、小反刍兽疫、口蹄疫等免疫抗体进行监测。结果显示:2020-2023年重大动物疫病抗体总体合格率均保持在70%以上,达到国家免疫标准(群体免疫合格率>70%),疫苗免疫效果好,但不同物种的抗体水平之间存在一定差异。In order to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the centralized immunization work for major animal diseases in Chimen township,Yanping district,Nanping city,serological testing methods were used to monitor the immune antibodies against highly pathogenic avian influenza,small ruminant pestilence,foot-and-mouth disease,and other diseases in livestock and poultry farms and free-range households from 2020 to 2023.The results showed that the overall qualified rate of antibodies against major animal diseases in 2020-2023 remained above 70%,meeting the national immunization standard(population immunity qualified rate>70%).vaccines have good immune effects,but there are some differences in antibody levels between different species.
