摘　　要：为提升实验室检测技术,组织全省兽药残留检测实验室开展鸡蛋中氟喹诺酮类药物检测的能力验证,根据中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)要求开展本次能力验证。进行样品均匀性和稳定性试验,采用回收率对参与检测机构的检测结果进行评价,参加本次能力验证的28个兽药残留检测实验室考核均合格。表明进行兽药残留检测的机构具有较强的检测能力。In order to improve the laboratory testing technology,the provincial veterinary drug residue testing laboratory was organized to carry out the capability verification of fluoroquinolone detection in eggs.According to the requirements of China National Accreditation for Conformity Assessment(CNAS),this capability verification was carried out.The sample uniformity and stability tests were conducted,and the test results of participating testing institutions were evaluated using the recovery rate.The results of 28 veterinary drug residue testing laboratories verified by this capability were all qualified.The results indicated that the institution conducting the detection of veterinary drug residues had a strong detection ability.
