摘 要:探讨了入料温度对AS(丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂)生产工艺和能源消耗的影响。通过对不同厂房的温度调整前后的数据进行分析,结果表明,适度提升入料温度能够降低冷冻水系统的能耗,并在某些条件下提升生产效率。然而,生产周期的缩短并不一定意味着节能,反而可能增加设备负荷和能耗。对于低AN(丙烯腈)含量、高流动性的AS产品,提升入料温度是可行且有益的;但对于高AN含量、低流动性的AS产品,提升入料温度并不能显著提高生产效率或改善节能效果,反而可能导致生产不稳定。因此,应根据AS产品的特性进行精细化的温度优化,以平衡生产效率和能源消耗。The influence of feeding temperature on the production process and energy consumption of AS(acrylonitrile-styrene resin)was explored.By analyzing the data before and after temperature adjustment in different plants,the results show that moderately increasing the feed temperature can reduce the energy consumption of the chilled water system and improve the production efficiency under certain conditions.However,a shorter production cycle does not necessarily mean energy saving,but rather may increase equipment load and energy consumption.For low AN(acrylonitrile)and high flowability AS products,raising the feed temperature is feasible and beneficial;but for high AN and low flowability AS products,raising the feed temperature does not significantly improve the production efficiency or energy saving,but may lead to unstable production.Therefore,fine temperature optimization should be carried out according to the characteristics of AS products in order to balance the productivity and energy consumption.
