煤制甲醇精馏系统运行期间出现的问题及优化措施

摘  要:针对我公司甲醇装置自投产运行以来,甲醇精馏系统在开车运行中出现的精馏系统预塔出口不凝气甲醇含量高、板式换热器频繁泄露换热不足以及常压塔冷凝器换热效率下降三个关键问题逐一进行原因分析及针对性优化解决处理,经过板式换热器改型升级更换、常压塔循环水入口管线增加篮式过滤器等优化技改措施解决出现的问题,并达到了系统工艺指标合格率100%,从而实现了0.5 MPa蒸汽、电能、人工成本等方面的节能降耗,达到了精馏系统长周期稳定运行的目的。In view of the three key problems that have occurred in the methanol distillation system of our company's methanol unit since its commissioning namely,the high methanol content in the non-condensable gas of the pre-tower,the frequent leakage of the plate heat exchanger and the insufficient heat,and the decrease in the heat exchange efficiency of the atmospheric tower condenser,the causes were analyzed one by one and targeted optimization solutions were implemented.After the optimization technical transformation measures such as the replacement of the plate heat exchanger with a new model and the addition of a basket filter to the inlet pipe of the atmospheric tower circulating,the problems were solved and the system process index qualified rate of 100%was achieved,thus realizing the energy saving and consumption reduction of 0.5 MPa steam,electricity and labor cost,and achieving the purpose of long-term stable operation of the distillation system.
