摘 要:高能耗的柴油加氢裂化工艺不仅是石油炼制过程的重要环节之一,还是炼油厂重要的CO_(2)排放工序之一。因此,柴油加氢裂化装置的CO_(2)排放分析与减排研究对化工企业的节能减碳部署至关重要。计算了柴油加氢裂化装置的单位能耗,确定了其CO_(2)排放因子,分析了节能减碳措施,并展示了相应的节能效果和技术经济指标。结果表明,柴油加氢裂化装置的设计单位能耗为19.94 kg标准油/t原料,主要源自电、燃料气和蒸汽的消耗,其中电耗所占比例为19%,燃料气燃烧所占比例为20%,蒸汽消耗所占比例为56%。经核算,生产过程中处理单位原料油CO_(2)总排放系数为:0.0723 t CO_(2)/t原料油。自开工投产以来,该装置一直处于低负荷运行工况。2017—2022年通过一系列节能减碳措施,该装置实现了单位能耗支出持续降低的目标。相比于2017年,2022年装置单位能耗减少了3.02 kg标准油/t原料,CO_(2)排放量减少了13867 t,实际经济效益约为1856万元/a。The high energy consumption diesel hydrocracking is not only one of indispensable processes in petroleum refining,but also one of the essential CO_(2)emission processes in oil refineries.Therefore,analysis and research on CO_(2)emission and emission reduction in the diesel hydrocracking unit are very important for the deployment of energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole oil refinery.Herein,a series of work is conducted.The unit energy consumption of the diesel hydrocracking unit is calculated.The corresponding CO_(2)emission factor is determined.The energy conservation and emission reduction measures are proposed.And the related energy-conserving effect and technical and economic indexes are shown.The results display that the designed unit energy consumption of the diesel hydrocracking unit is 19.94 kg oil equivalent/t raw oil.It is mainly derived from the consumption of electricity,fuel gas and steam.The electricity consumption,fuel gas combustion and steam consumption account for 19%,20%and 56%of the total energy consumption,respectively.After calculation,the total CO_(2)emission coefficient is 0.0723 t CO_(2)/t raw oil during the production process.Since the unit was put into operation,it has always been in low-load operation condition.Through a series of energy-conserving and carbon reduction measures in 2017-2022,the goal of continuous reduction of energy expenditure in this unit is achieved.In comparison with data in 2017,the unit energy consumption in 2022 is reduced by 3.02 kg oil equivalent/t raw oil.The CO_(2)emission is dropped by 13867 t/year.And the actual economic benefit is about CNY 18560000 each year.
