摘　　要：高密度聚乙烯生产工艺有淤浆法、气相法和溶液法,其中以釜式淤浆法、环管淤浆法和气相法为主,从工艺特点、原料消耗、能耗、产品牌号等方面对SGPE、Hostalen ACP和Innovene S三种典型工艺进行对比分析,总结各工艺的优缺点,对企业选择合适的生产技术具有一定的参考意义。There are slurry method,gas phase method and solution method for the production of high density polyethylene,among which kettle slurry method,loop slurry method and gas phase method are the main methods.The paper compares and analyzes three typical processes such as SGPE,Hostalen ACP and Innovene S from the aspects of process characteristics,raw material consumption,energy consumption and product brand,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each process,which has certain reference significance for enterprises to choose suitable production technology.
