摘 要:丙烯腈是一种至关重要的化工原材料,其应用广泛且多样,核心用途包括生产聚丙烯腈、丁腈橡胶等高性能材料,以及作为染料、合成树脂和医药产品制造中的关键成分。目前,丙烯腈生产主要方法为丙烯氨氧化法,该方法在生产过程中容易产生大量有害副产物如非甲烷总烃、CO、NO_(x)及少量丙烯腈、氢氰酸等有害物质。文章介绍了催化氧化技术在丙烯腈尾气治理上的具体应用,在70%~110%负荷及对应条件下,识别出AOGC装置的进口温度保持在260~360℃,出口温度保持在500~560℃的温度区间时,能够实现NMHC的排放浓度≤15 mg/m^(3),处理效率能达到99.6%以上。表明该催化氧化工艺的催化剂具有有机废气处理效率高、较进口催化剂性价比高等优点,具有良好的环保效益和经济效益。Acrylonitrile is a vital chemical raw material with a wide range of applications,including the production of high-performance materials such as polyacrylonitrile and nitrile rubber,as well as as a key ingredient in the manufacture of dyes,synthetic resins and pharmaceutical products.At present,the main method of acrylonitrile production is propylene ammoxidation,which is prone to produce a large number of harmful by-products such as non-methane total hydrocarbons,CO,NO_(x)and a small amount of harmful substances such as acrylonitrile and hydrocyanic acid in the production process.The paper introduces the specific application of catalytic oxidation technology in acrylonitrile tail gas treatment.Operation results:under 70%-110%load and corresponding conditions,it is identified that the inlet temperature of AOGC device is maintained in the temperature range of 260-360℃,and the outlet temperature is maintained in the temperature range of 500-560℃,the emission concentration of NMHC can be less than 15 mg/m^(3).The treatment efficiency can reach more than 99.6%.The results show that the catalyst of the catalytic oxidation process has the advantages of high efficiency of organic waste gas treatment,higher cost performance than the imported catalyst,and has good environmental protection and economic benefits.
