摘  要:加热炉是钢铁企业的主要耗能设备,采用烟气余热回收技术可以大幅降低加热炉排烟温度,提高加热炉热效率,对于钢铁企业降本增效具有重要意义。烟气余热深度利用主要用于空气预热、煤气预热或产生蒸汽用于发电;目前国内很多钢厂采用两种及两种以上组合对烟气余热进行深度利用。Heating furnaces are the main energy consuming equipment in steel enterprises.The use of flue gas waste heat recovery technology can significantly reduce the exhaust temperature of heating furnaces,improve their thermal efficiency,and is of great significance for reducing costs and increasing efficiency in steel enterprises.The deep utilization of waste heat from flue gas is mainly used for air preheating,gas preheating,or generating steam for power generation.At present,many steel mills in China use two or more combinations to deeply utilize the waste heat of flue gas.
