摘 要:针对石油钻井和井下作业中防喷器在高压液环境下的锁紧扭矩展开了深入且全面的研究,并成功开发出高性能的电动锁紧装置。通过融合多学科理论,构建精细且复杂的力学与数学模型,综合考虑材料特性、流体行为以及几何结构等众多因素,对闸板轴胶圈在高压液中产生的扭矩以及锁紧杆T型螺纹产生的扭矩进行了极其详尽的剖析。运用一系列高度复杂且严谨的算法和公式,得出了具备极高精度和广泛适用性的扭矩计算公式,并对结果进行了深入且细致的研究与验证。In this paper,the locking torque of blowout preventer under high pressure liquid environment in oil drilling and downhole operation is deeply and comprehensively studied,and a high-performance electric locking device is successfully developed.Through the integration of multidisciplinary theories,a fine and complex mechanical and mathematical model is constructed,and many factors such as material characteristics,fluid behavior and geometric structure are comprehensively considered.The torque generated by the ram shaft rubber ring in high-pressure liquid and the torque generated by the T-thread of the locking rod are analyzed in extremely detail.By using a series of highly complex and rigorous algorithms and formulas,a torque calculation formula with high precision and wide applicability is obtained,and the results are studied and verified in depth and detail.
