摘  要:通过研究木质纤维素乙酸预处理及酶水解的类分形动力学,旨在提高生物质燃料乙醇的转化效率。通过改进现有动力学模型,并以相思木片为原料,探讨不同酶水解条件对酶解糖化过程的影响。研究发现,酶解底物浓度越高,酶解效果越差;酶解过程中添加葡萄糖会降低酶解液中的还原糖量,高底物浓度与葡萄糖抑制效应均会使反应速率常数k显著降低。酶用量的增加使得速率常数k和分形指数h均上升,而非离子表面活性剂Tween-80的添加能明显提高酶水解总还原糖得率,其数值高达65.87%。This paper aimed to improve the conversion efficiency of biomass fuel ethanol by studying the acetic acid pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis fractal-like kinetics of lignocellulose.By improving the existing kinetics model and using acacia wood chips as raw materials,the influence of different enzymatic hydrolysis conditions on the enzymatic saccharification process was explored.The study found that the higher the concentration of the enzymatic substrate,the worse the enzymatic effect;the addition of glucose during the enzymatic process will reduce the amount of reducing sugar in the enzymatic hydrolysate,and the high substrate concentration and the glucose inhibition effect both significantly reduce the reaction rate constant k.The increase in the amount of enzyme leads to an increase in both the rate constant k and the fractal index h,and the addition of the nonionic surfactant Tween-80 can significantly increase the total reducing sugar yield of enzymatic hydrolysis,with a value as high as 65.87%.
