摘 要:化工装置中的衬里管道又称复合管或法兰管,常用衬里为塑料材质,带夹套的法兰管是一种特殊的管道,称为夹套法兰管,常用于输送需要温度控制的腐蚀性介质。这种管道通常由内管和外管组成,内管内部覆盖有一层耐腐蚀材料,用于输送工艺介质,而外管则形成一个夹套空间,可通过通入加热或冷却介质来维持内管中流体的温度。介绍了夹套法兰管设计的一些要点,并简单展示了如何运用三维设计软件EP3D设计夹套法兰管。Lined pipelines in chemical plants,also known as composite pipes or flange pipes,are commonly lined with plastic materials.Flange pipes with jackets are a special type of pipeline called jacket lining pipes,which are commonly used to transport corrosive media that require temperature control.This type of pipeline usually consists of an inner tube and an outer tube.The inner tube is covered with a layer of corrosion-resistant material for transporting process media,while the outer tube forms a jacket space that can maintain the temperature of the fluid in the inner tube by introducing heating or cooling media.This paper introduces some key points of jacketed lining pipe design and briefly demonstrates how to use the 3D design software EP3D to design jacketed lining pipes.
