摘　　要：在制造和使用换热设备的过程中,常常需要对换热管进行单根试压。然而,目前缺乏统一标准,各单位往往根据自身需求探索适合的方法。详细分析了6种单根换热管试压的结构、原理和要求,特别重点介绍了外圆斜锥密封法工装。旨在为从事换热设备制造与使用的工作人员提供启发,帮助解决单根换热管试压的难题。In the process of manufacturing and using heat exchange equipment,it is often necessary to conduct single-tube pressure testing on the heat exchange tubes.However,there is currently a lack of unified standards,and various units tend to explore suitable methods based on their own needs.This article provides a detailed analysis of the structure,principles,and requirements of six methods for single-tube pressure testing,with a particular focus on the external conical sealing method.The aim is to inspire professionals involved in the manufacturing and use of heat exchange equipment and to help address the challenges of single-tube pressure testing.
