摘  要:可燃有毒气体区域声光报警器本身不参与生产过程,但是合理布置能够降低生产人员的危险系数。因此,在图纸设计过程中,有必要对区域声光报警器位置进行分析与合理布置。通过总结5种区域声光报警器设置情况,考虑高噪声场所中的噪声影响,考虑车间或者装置内设备、管道对声的吸收和对光源的遮挡,考虑高楼层的楼层声光阻隔,考虑装置内钢平台对声光有一定的穿透性,最终对区域声光报警的设置进行布置及优化,旨在提高后续工程设计的设计效率,提升工程设计质量,降低生产操作人员的危险系数。The combustible and toxic gasregional sound and light alarm itself does not participate in the production process,but the reasonable arrangement can reduce the risk factor of the production personnel,so in the drawing design process,it is necessary to analyze and rationally arrange the location of the regional sound and light alarm.In this paper,by summarizing the Settings of five kinds of regional sound and light alarms,considering the impact of noise in high-noise places,considering the sound absorption of equipment and pipes in the workshop or device,and the occlusion of light source,considering the sound and light barrier of the high floor,considering the steel platform in the device has certain penetration of sound and light,and finally arranging and optimizing the regional sound and light alarm Settings.It aims to improve the design efficiency,improve the quality of engineering design and reduce the risk factor of production operators for the subsequent engineering design.
