摘  要:电池极片粉是锂离子电池十分重要的组成部分,通过灼烧预处理磷酸铁锂电池正极片粉,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)快速分析电池极片粉中锂、铁、磷、铝元素的方法。结果表明,经500℃焙烧30 min脱除包覆碳,再用15 mL盐酸在电热板上进行低温消解的效果最佳。ICP-OES测定结果表明各元素的标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.9998,测试结果精密度(RSD)全都小于0.5%,实验加标回收率在97.5%~100.3%。该方法准确且快速简便,可以满足磷酸铁锂电池正极片中主要元素的快速测定,为评价磷酸铁锂中主要元素含量提供科学的测试方法参考。Battery electrode powder is a very important component of lithium-ion battery.By pre-treating the positive electrode powder of lithium iron phosphate battery,an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)method was developed for the rapid detection of lithium,iron,phosphorus and aluminum in battery electrode powder.The results showed that the carbon coating was removed by roasting at 500℃for 30 min,and then the low temperature digestion with 15 mL hydrochloric acid on the electric heating plate was the best.The results of ICP-OES showed that the standard curves of each element had a good linear relationship,the correlation coefficient(R^(2))was greater than 0.9998,the precision of the test results(RSD)was less than 0.5%,and the recoveries were 97.5%~100.3%.The method is accurate,rapid and simple,and can satisfy the rapid determination of main elements in the positive electrode of lithium iron phosphate battery,and provide a scientific test method reference for evaluating the content of main elements in lithium iron phosphate.
