低碳城市试点政策对企业绿色高质量发展的影响研究

摘　　要：基于2007—2022年中国A股上市公司数据,以低碳城市试点为准自然实验,运用多期双重差分模型探究低碳城市试点对企业绿色高质量发展的影响及机制。研究发现:(1)低碳城市试点显著促进了企业绿色高质量发展;(2)企业技术创新和数字化转型起到中介作用;(3)低碳城市试点对东西部城市、非资源型城市及“高碳”行业企业促进作用更显著。将低碳城市试点切入企业层面进行政策效应评估,为低碳城市试点的深入推进提供了政策启示。Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,this paper takes the low-carbon city pilot as A natural experiment to explore the impact and mechanism of low-carbon city pilot on the green and highquality development of enterprises by using a multi-phase differential model.The findings are as follows:(1)Lowcarbon city pilot significantly promoted the green and high-quality development of enterprises;(2)Enterprise technological innovation and digital transformation play an intermediary role;(3)Low-carbon city pilot has a more significant promoting effect on eastern and western cities,non-resource-based cities and enterprises in“high-carbon”industries.The low-carbon city pilot is cut into the enterprise level to evaluate the policy effect,which provides policy enlightenment for the in-depth promotion of the low-carbon city pilot.
