社会保障能推进共同富裕吗?——基于微观家庭数据的经验分析

摘　　要：使用CHFS2015、2017、2019年家庭微观数据研究社会保障对共同富裕的影响。研究发现,整体上我国家庭共同富裕水平在逐步提高,个体间的差距在不断缩小;参加社会保障显著推动了家庭共同富裕水平,该结论在经过工具变量法的调整和稳健性检验后依然成立;参加社会保障对不同富裕水平的居民存在异质性,体现了社会保障包容性增长的特点;参与社会保障能有效降低家庭经济脆弱性带来的冲击,从而提升家庭共同富裕水平。This paper studies the impact of social security on common prosperity using CHFS2015,2017 and 2019 household micro-data.It is found that the level of common wealth of Chinese families is gradually increasing,and the gap between individuals is narrowing.Participation in social security significantly promotes the level of family common prosperity,and this conclusion is still valid after the adjustment of instrumental variable method and robustness test.Participation in social security is heterogeneous to residents with different wealth levels,which reflects the characteristics of inclusive growth of social security.Participation in social security can effectively reduce the impact of family economic vulnerability,so as to enhance the level of family common prosperity.
