不同改良措施对饲用玉米根际土壤生物学性质的影响

摘  要:为探明不同改良措施对饲用玉米根际土壤生物学性质的影响,以饲用玉米地不施肥(CK)为对照,研究有机肥(T1)、有机肥+磷酸脲(T2)、有机肥+秸秆(T3)、有机肥+秸秆+磷酸脲(T4)4种改良措施对其根际土壤生物学性质的影响,结果表明:不同改良措施对根际土壤酶活性和微生物生物量均有显著的促进作用,且T4处理效果较佳。相同改良措施不同改良天数,各处理土壤碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性和微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量均表现为150 d>50 d>100 d;脲酶活性表现为50 d>150 d>100 d;过氧化氢酶活性表现为150 d>100 d>50 d。各改良措施不同改良天数的碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性及微生物生物量碳、氮、磷含量均值较CK均显著增加。4种改良措施玉米产量与CK相比增幅为35.4%~106.8%。相关性分析表明,微生物生物量碳、氮、磷与4种土壤酶均呈正相关关系。灰色关联度综合评价表明,不同改良措施对饲用玉米根际土壤生物学性质和产量的促进作用表现为T4>T3>T2>T1>CK。In this research,no fertilizer as control(CK),and four improving measures of organic fertilizer(T1),organic fertilizer+urea phosphate(T2),organic fertilizer+straw(T3),and organic fertilizer+straw+urea phosphate(T4)were conducted to investigate effects of different improvement measures on maize(Zea mays)rhizosphere soil and their interaction by measuring biological properties of rhizosphere soil.The results showed that the enzyme activities and microbial biomass of rhizosphere soil were promoted by different improvement measures,in which T4 had the best effects.When improving with the same treatment for different improving duration,the activities of alkaline phosphatase,sucrase,and C,N,P of microbial biomass had a same trend of 150 d>50 d>100 d,the activities of urease were 50 d>150 d>100 d,and the activities of catalase were 150 d>100 d>50 d.For different improving duration,compared to CK,all treatments increased activities of alkaline phosphatase,sucrase,urease,catalase,and the average C,N,P of microbial biomass.When compared with CK,forage maize yield under four improvement treatments increased by 35.4%-106.8%,respectively.Correlation analysis revealed that C,N,P of microbial biomass were positively correlated with 4 soil enzymes.The comprehensive evaluation of grey correlation degree indicated that the effects of different improvement measures on the biological properties and yield of forage maize rhizosphere soil were following the trend of T4>T3>T2>T1>CK.
