摘  要:鄂钢2号高炉铁口附近区域炉缸侧壁自第一次出现温度异常升高后,之后温度异常点位不断增多,温度波动幅度逐渐加大,主要原因是:①短时间内多次进行高炉强化冶炼;②炉缸中心不活,死料柱透液性较差;③渣铁流动性变差;④出铁组织差,铁口维护不到位。通过采取保持炉况长期稳定顺行、优化操作制度、加强铁口维护、使用钛矿护炉、完善炉缸监控体系等措施,炉缸侧壁温度上升得到有效控制,确保了高炉安全生产。直至停炉更换冷却壁,炉缸侵蚀未进一步发展,炭砖最低残余厚度仍有700mm左右。Since the sidewall of Echeng Steel No.2 BF hearth near the taphole suffers the abnormal temperature rise for the first time,the points where the abnormal temperature rise exist become more and more,and the temperature fluctuation range becomes larger and larger,which are caused mainly by:(1)frequent intensified smelting in a short period of time;(2)inactivity of the hearth center,and poor liquid permeability of the dead stock;(3)deterioration of the hot metal/slag fluidity;(4)ineffective tapping operation organization,and inadequacy of the taphole maintenance.By taking the measures such as keeping the furnace running stably and smoothly for a long time,optimizing the operation system,strengthening the taphole maintenance,protecting the furnace with the titanium ore,and improving the hearth monitoring system,the abnormal temperature rise of the hearth sidewall is effectively controlled and the furnace production safety gets ensured.The hearth erosion does not deteriorate further,and the minimum thickness of the residual carbon brick is still about 700mm before blowing off the furnace for changing the cooling staves.
