摘  要:沙钢3号高炉开炉后采用部分湿熄焦,冶炼期间出现炉墙结厚和炉缸堆积问题,主要技术经济指标下降。主要表现为炉身中上部冷却壁温度及炉芯温度显著下降。主要原因是原燃料质量下降,炉况不稳及操作应对不当。为治理炉墙结厚和炉缸堆积,采取了分阶段的治理措施:首先,采用中心加焦改善煤气流分布;其次,疏松边沿消除炉墙结厚;再次,利用锰矿洗炉以恢复炉缸活性;最后,调整布料矩阵以降低燃料消耗。经过治理,高炉炉况恢复并实现稳定高产,日产量增加至6919/d,燃料比降低至521kg/t。Shagang uses part of wet quenched cokes in its No.3 blast furnace after blow-on,but the problems of furnace wall accretion and hearth accumulation occur during the smelting operation,and the main technoeconomic indicators declines.The problems are represented by significant temperature drop of the cooling staves in the middle and upper parts of the furnace body and in the furnace core.All these are believed to be caused by the quality deterioration of the raw materials and fuel,unstable furnace conditions,and improper operation actions.In order to control the wall accretion and the heath accumulation,the following measures are adopted in different steps:(1)implementing central coking to improve the gas flow distribution;(2)smoothening the edge gas to eliminate wall accretion;(3)activating the hearth through slugging with manganese ore;(4)adjusting the distribution matrix to reduce fuel consumption.After taking the above actions,No.3 BF goes back to normal conditions and achieves stable high yield production.The daily output rises to 6919t/d,and the fuel ratio drops to 521 kg/t.
