摘 要:汉钢高炉煤气除尘灰含碳量高,导致冶炼能耗增加,生产成本上升。岩相分析结果表明,除尘灰中的碳主要来源于未燃煤粉和残留焦炭,重力灰中未燃煤粉和残留焦炭的占比分别为39.26%和60.74%,布袋灰中两者的占比分别为48.63%和51.37%。为降低除尘灰的含碳量,采取了两方面的措施:一是优化煤粉结构,提高煤粉粒度要求,提高风温及富氧量,以降低除尘灰中的未燃煤粉量;二是降低焦炭粉末量,控制焦炭水分,优化高炉炉况,以降低除尘灰中的残留焦炭量。2023年8-11月,除尘灰含碳量降低至32.22%,高炉主要技术经济指标呈现持续向好的趋势。The energy consumption and the production costs of Hansteel BF ramp up due to high carbon content in the BF off-gas dust.It is figured out by means of lithofacies analysis that the carbon in the BF off-gas dust is mainly sourced from unburned pulverized coal and residual coke,and the unburned pulverized coal and residual coke account for 39.26%and 60.74%respectively in the dust collected by the gravity precipitator,and 48.63%and 51.37%respectively in the dust collected by the bag filter.To reduce the carbon content in the dust,following measures are taken:(1)optimizing the mix of pulverized coal,enhancing the requirement for the grain size of the pulverized coal,and increasing blast temperature and oxygen enrichment to reduce the unburned pulverized coal in the dust;(2)minimizing the powdered coke,controlling the water content in coke,and optimizing the BF condition for cutting the residual coke in the dust.From August to November 2023,the carbon content in the dust decreases to 32.22%,and the main techno-economic indicators improve constantly.
