摘  要:水钢3号高炉钒钛球团矿比例逐步达到35%,实现了中钛渣冶炼。由于对钒钛矿冶炼认识不足及操作控制不当等原因,生产过程中连续出现悬料现象,导致煤气流分布失常、炉缸堆积。在处理炉况失常时,首先采用普通矿置换钒钛矿炉料料柱;其次是处理炉墙,解决顺行问题;最后是处理炉缸,提高标准风速,吹活炉缸中心,并控制合适的炉温([Si]在0.6%~1.0%),维持低碱度(R,在1.05~1.10),清洁炉缸。认为钒钛矿冶炼高炉,由于钛的影响长期慢风,极易造成炉墙结厚和炉缸黏结,必须坚持“宁愿休风不慢风”的原则。The proportion of V-Ti pellets in Shuicheng Steel No.3 BF gradually rises to 35%,and the furnace steps to the smelting process with medium titanium slag.However,stock hanging occurs frequently during production due to insufficient knowledge on such a smelting operation,and improper operation control,which consequently lead to abnormal distribution of gas flow and hearth accumulation.To address this problem,the common ores are used to replace V-Ti ores;furnace accretion is tackled to let the furnace run smoothly;the blasting speed setpoint is increased to activate the hearth center;furnace temperature is controlled within an appropriate range(while[Si]is 0.6%-1.0%);the slag basicity is kept at the low level(with R,at 1.05-1.10)and the hot metal and slag in hearth are discharged completely.It is believed that when the furnace is operating with V-Ti ore,wall accretion and the hearth accumulation occur easily because the blasting speed is low under such smelting condition;the furnace production shall be carried out following the concept of"implementing blow-off rather than selecting low blasting speed".
