摘　　要：对韶钢7号高炉中心加焦模式下的高产低耗措施进行了总结。针对7号高炉开炉后炉况不顺的状况,以“稳定边沿、打开中心,稳定中心、兼顾边沿”作为煤气流调整原则,把采用中心加焦模式作为煤气流调整的突破口,同时在生产管理和高炉操作上采取了一系列措施,如原燃料质量管理的强化、下部送风制度的调整、铁口喷溅的治理和高炉操业参数的优化等,炉况实现长期稳定顺行,高炉进入高产低耗运行状态。2023年,7号高炉煤比170kg/t,燃料比510kg/t,平均日产量突破7500Vd。s:The experience of high production and low consumption in Shaoguan Steel No.7 BF operated under central coke charging mode is summarized.The furnace fails to run smoothly after blowing on.As a response,the operators adjust the gas flow following the guideline of"Smoothening the central gas flow,and stabilizing both the center and edge gas flow"with the operation mode of central coke charging adopted as the key approach.Additionally,some other activities also are exercised in production management and operation,such as enhancing quality control of the raw materials and fuel,adjusting the blasting system,controlling the splashing at taphole and the optimizing BF operation parameters,etc.These activities help the furnace run stably and smoothly for a long time and achieve high production and low consumption.In 2023,the coal rate of the furnace and the fuel rate come to 170kg/t and 510kg/t respectively,and the average daily output exceeds 7500/d.
