摘  要:攀钢钒2号高炉高比例钒钛矿冶炼条件下,炉渣黏稠,高炉冶炼难度增大。为此,采取了一系列技术措施:①优化高炉炉料结构,提高钒钛球团矿比例至28.7%,降低钒钛烧结矿比例至70%;②提高钒钛烧结矿质量,转鼓指数提升至72.46%;③调整高炉操作制度,送风制度上缩小风口面积,保持较高鼓风动能,装料制度上采用稳定边沿、开放中心的“两股气流”模式,热制度上适当降低铁水[Ti]以防炉温过高和大幅波动,造渣制度上严格控制炉渣(MgO)及(Al_(2)O_(3))含量,并控制R,<1.11。2023年,高炉利用系数达2.824V(m^(3)·d),焦比降低至408.9kg/t,煤比提高至132kg/t。When No.2 BF of Panzhihua Steel&Vanadium operates with high percentage of V-bearing titanomagnetite,the slag generated is viscous,and the smelting becomes difficult.Thus,the following measures are taken:(1)optimizing the burden mix with V-bearing titanomagnetite pellets increased to 28.7%,and V-bearing titanomagnetite sinter decreased to 70%.(2)improving the quality of V-bearing titanomagnetite sinter with the tumbler index up to 72.46%.(3)adjusting the furnace operating system,such as narrowing the tuyere area to keep high blast kinetic energy regarding the blasting system;stabilizing the edge gas flow and enhancing the central gas flow regarding the charging system;reducing[Ti]content of the hot metal appropriately to prevent furnace temperature from overhigh or great fluctuating regarding the thermal system;controlling the(MgO)and(Al_(2)O_(3))content of the slag with R,kept below 1.11 regarding the slagging system.In 2023,the furnace productivity achieves 2.824V(m^(3).d),the coke rate drops to 408.9kg/t,and the coal rate rises to 132kg/t.
