摘  要:2020年,湘钢2号高炉生产运行9年多后进行了为期58天的大修改造。改造内容主要包括:更换炉缸炉底耐火材料,优化炉型设计及5~8段冷却壁,更换对应区域的炉壳;重新设计热风出口、热风管道、混风室局部钢壳及耐火材料,更换热风管道所有补偿器,优化设计热风支管拉杆体系;新增冷却壁水温差及炉缸炉底侵蚀在线监测模型;修复粗煤气管道及旋风除尘器内衬;对出铁场及料仓除尘系统进行超低排放改造;提升喷煤系统的喷吹能力等。经过4年多的生产实践,2号高炉实现了高效、低耗、稳定生产,创造了显著的经济效益和环保效益。After running for 9 years,Xianggang No.2 BF undergoes technical revamping for a period of 58 days.The revamping items mainly include:(1)replacement of the refractory materials at the hearth and bottom,optimization of the furnace profile design and the cooling staves at section 5-8,and replacement of the furnace shell of the related parts;(2)redesign of hot blast pipe outlet,hot blast pipe,part of steel shell and refractory materials of the blast mixing chamber,replacement of all compensators of the hot blast pipe,and design optimization of the tie rod system of hot blast stock;(3)installation of online monitoring model for water differential temperature of cooling staves and erosion of hearth and bottom;(4)repair of coarse gas pipe,and inner lining of the cyclone dust collector;(5)revamping of dedusting system of cast-house and bunkers based on ultra-low emission standard;(6)enhancement of PCI system capacity,etc.Through over 4-year production practice and improvement,the furnace now operates efficiently and stably with low consumption,bringing significant economic and environmental protection benefits.
