摘 要:高炉并罐无料钟布料会造成炉料偏析,可以通过降低炉料速度、缩小炉料偏离高炉中心的距离加以改善。某高炉并罐无料钟设备改造方案,是将Y型管改为T型管,同时将中心喉管的截面由圆形改为椭圆形,且短轴平行于两个料罐。采用质点模型的方法,对改造前后炉料的运动及落点轨迹进行分析,结果表明:改造后炉料颗粒在T型管出口处的速度降低70.7%,在中心喉管出口处的速度降低11.4%,在溜槽出口处的速度降低5.2%,在溜槽内落点标准差改善52.6%,在炉喉处落点标准差改善54.3%。A BLT blast furnace with two parallel hoppers has a distribution problem of burden particle segregation.An effective approach to improve such a segregation stands at slowing down the burden falling speed and narrowing the burden deviation from the center.The top equipment of a BLT blast furnace with parrel hoppers is so modified that the Y-shaped tube is changed to a T-shaped tube,and the cross section of the center throat pipe is changed from round one to elliptic one with the short shaft in parallel to the two hoppers.The flow dynamics and landing trajectory of the burden before and after modification are compared and analyzed through the particle model.The results show that,compared with the situation before the modification,the falling speed of the burden particles is reduced by 70.7%,11.4%and 5.2%respectively at the outlet of Tshape tube,outlet of central throat pipe,and outlet of the chute;the standard deviation of the burden landing point is improved by 52.6%in the chute,and improved by 54.3%at furnace throat.
