摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环在该院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)汇总取药环节中的应用效果。方法:选取PDCA循环实施前(2023年6—9月)PIVAS汇总取药相关数据,统计差错情况,分析造成差错的原因,并制定改进措施;选取PDCA循环实施后(2023年10月至2024年1月)PIVAS汇总取药相关数据。比较PDCA循环实施前后在PIVAS汇总取药差错、用时及人员能力方面的情况。结果:PDCA循环实施后,PIVAS汇总取药差错率为0.01‰(9/744986),显著低于实施前的0.01%(76/671465),且汇总取药速度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在药品品种知晓、贮存转运知晓、标识管理和流程落实方面,人员能力评分显著高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:PDCA循环显著减少了PIVAS汇总取药环节差错的发生,提高了人员工作质量,进一步保证了静脉用药的安全性。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the application effect of PDCA cycle in drug collection in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)in the hospital.METHODS:Data related to drug collection in PIVAS before the implementation of PDCA cycle(from Jun.to Sept.2023)were extracted to record the errors,analyze the causes of errors and develop improvement measures.Data related to drug collection in PIVAS after the implementation of PDCA cycle(from Oct.2023 to Jan.2024)were selected.The errors,time spent and staff capability before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle were compared.RESULTS:After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the error rate of drug collection in PIVAS was 0.01‰(9/744986),significantly lower than 0.01%(76/671465)of before implementation,and the speed of drug collection was significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).In terms of awareness of drug varieties,awareness of storage and transfer,label management and implementation of process,the personnel capability scores after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS:The PDCA cycle significantly reduces the occurrence of errors in drug collection in PIVAS,improves the quality of work,which could further ensure the safety of intravenous medication.
