摘　　要：“阴火”学说乃李东垣创造性的学术观点,惜其未对此作明确阐释,导致后世对于“阴火”之真意始终争论不休,至今未有定论。笔者通过研读东垣之论述,并结合岐黄学者李廷荃教授的学术思想,对阴火之起源及证治进行浅显探讨。脾胃亏虚乃阴火发生之根源,虚而生火、亢而成火、郁而化火为其形成之本质。气虚、阴虚、气郁所生之火,亦可归入阴火范畴,主要由君相之火所化生。在治疗上,李教授主张以益气健脾、升阳散火为法度,并可辅以壮水制火、甘温除火、疏肝泻火之法。The theory of“Yin fire”is LI Dongyuan’s creative academic point of view,but it is a pity that it has not been clearly explained,which leads to endless debate about the true meaning of“Yin fire”in later generations.By studying the exposition of Dongyuan and combining with the academic thought of professor LI Tingquan,a scholar of Qihuang,the author makes a simple discussion on the origin,diagnosis and treatment of Yin fire.Deficiency of spleen and stomach is the root cause of Yin fire,deficiency and fire,hyperactivity and fire,depression and fire are the essence of its formation.The fire caused by qi deficiency,Yin deficiency and qi depression can also be classified as Yin fire,which is mainly caused by the fire of the monarch phase.In the treatment,professor Li takes replenishing qi and invigorating the spleen,rising yang and dispelling fire as the method,and can be supplemented by the methods of strengthening water to make fire,sweet and warm to remove fire,soothing the liver and purging fire.
