名中医杨骏基于阴阳平衡针灸综合治疗慢性唇炎经验

摘　　要：总结全国名中医杨骏教授基于阴阳平衡针灸综合治疗慢性唇炎经验。阴阳平衡是机体生理活动正常运行的基础,阴阳失衡则意味着疾病的发生。杨骏教授认为慢性唇炎的致病因素虽有多种,但核心却在阴阳不和,阴阳失衡是其发生发展的内在根本,且以阴虚为本,风湿热邪为标的阴阳平衡失调为主,阴虚津液亏损是其主要的病理状态。杨骏教授从针灸任督调整阴阳平衡入手,调节机体的失衡状态,辨证论治,审证施针,选取督脉百会、印堂、人中、素髎通督调神,调整一身阳经经气,选取任脉承浆、鸠尾、中脘、阴交滋阴潜阳,联任通督,另以多穴配伍,半刺相辅,针药结合的方式协同增效,以使机体重新恢复阴平阳秘之动态平衡状态。Summarizing the experience of national famous Chinese medicine practitioner Prof.YANG Jun in the comprehensive treatment of chronic lipitis based on the balance of yin and yang in acupuncture and moxibustion.The balance of yin and yang is the basis for the normal functioning of the body’s physiological activities,while an imbalance of yin and yang means the occurrence of diseases.Prof.YANG Jun believes that although there are various pathogenic factors of chronic labyrinthitis,the core of the disease is yin and yang disharmony,and the imbalance of yin and yang is the inherent root of the development of the disease,and it is mainly due to yin deficiency and wind-dampness and heat as the symptoms of yin and yang imbalance,and deficiency of yin and fluids is the main pathological state.Prof.YANG Jun started from the acupuncture Rendu to adjust the balance of yin and yang,to regulate the imbalance of the body,to identify the evidence,to examine the evidence,to apply needles,to select the Baihui,Yintang,Renzhong,Suliao to adjust the spirit of the Dudu,to adjust the body’s yang meridian qi,to select the Chengjiang,Jiuwei,Zhongwan,Yinjiao,to link the Dudu,and to use multiple acupuncture points,half-prick complementary to a combination of needles and medicine synergistic effect,so as to enable the body to re-establish a state of yin and yang secret of the dynamic balance of the body.
