基于TLRs-NF-κB信号通路探讨抗生素联合复方杏香兔耳风胶囊治疗慢性子宫内膜炎的疗效及机制

摘　　要：目的探讨基于Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)-核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)信号通路的抗生素联合复方杏香兔耳风胶囊治疗慢性子宫内膜炎(chronic endometritis,CE)的临床效果。方法前瞻性选取2023年1月至2024年1月于江西省妇幼保健院收治的60例CE患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者给予抗生素治疗,观察组加用复方杏香兔耳风胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,治疗后各项中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TLR2、TLR4、NF-κB信使核糖核酸表达低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后炎症水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的复发率、不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗生素联合复方杏香兔耳风胶囊可提高CE患者疗效,加快炎症消退,纠正TLRs-NF-κB信号通路指标,效果安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules in the treatment of chronic endometritis(CE)based on Toll-like receptors(TLRs)-nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling pathway.Methods Sixty patients with CE admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were prospectively selected.All patients were assigned to two groups(30 cases in each)using random number table method.Control group was treated with antibiotics,and on this basis,observation group added compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules.The therapeutic effect and safety of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,observation group achieved better therapeutic effect than control group,and observation group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome compared with control group(P<0.05);Compared with control group,the expressions of TLR2,TLR4 and NF-κB messenger ribonucleic acid in observation group after treatment were lower(P<0.05);After treatment,observation group obtained lower inflammatory levels compared to control group(P<0.05);The comparisons of recurrence rate and adverse reactions in both groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of CE patients,accelerate inflammation resolution,and correct TLRs NF-κB signaling pathway indicators,which is safe and reliable.
