黑顺片在随州市中医医院脑病科的临床应用及安全性

摘　　要：目的分析含黑顺片处方用药情况,评价黑顺片临床用药及配伍的合理性和安全性。方法选取2023年3月27日至2024年3月26日随州市中医医院脑病科采用中药饮片黑顺片或附片的住院患者处方作为研究对象,分别从用药剂量、中医诊断与辨证、配伍、用药安全情况等进行分析。结果随州市中医医院脑病科黑顺片使用均以经典名方为主方,其中超药典剂量处方占50.5%,以破格救心汤为主方,多配伍补虚、甘味、平性、归脾经的药物,而且存在配伍禁忌。结论随州市中药医院脑病科黑顺片的使用按照火神派用药原则,在经典名方基础上,通过中药配伍的相互制约与协调,达到减毒增效的目的,临床应用安全,疗效确切。Objective To analyze the prescription use of Radix Aconiti Praeparata and evaluate the rationality and safety of clinical use and compatibility of Radix Aconiti Praeparata.Methods From March 27,2023 to March 26,2024 in Suizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the inpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces Radix Aconiti Praeparata or Prepared Lateral Root of Aconite were selected as the research objects,and aspects of drug dosage,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation,compatibility,drug safety,etc were analyzed.Results In Suizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Radix Aconiti Praeparata were mainly prescribed by classical prescriptions,among which 50.5%were prescribed by exceeding pharmacopoeial dosage,and were mainly prescribed by Pogejiuxin Decoction,which were mostly combined with drugs for tonifying deficiency,sweet taste,neutral nature and spleen channel,and there were incompatibility of drugs existed.Conclusion The use of Radix Aconiti Praeparata in the Department of Encephalopathy of Suizhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital was based on the principle of the School of Warming Yang,and on the basis of the classical prescription,through the mutual restriction and coordination of the compatibility of Chinese medicines,the purpose of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency was achieved.The clinical application was safe and the curative effect was exact.
