南少林理筋手法联合五子烫熨方外治治疗寒湿痹阻型肩周炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者采取南少林理筋手法联合五子烫熨方外治治疗的效果,以指导临床干预措施的拟定,改善寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者临床症状。方法选取2023年7月至2024年5月赣州市中医院收治的60例寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)、对照组(30例)。两组均接受基础治疗,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,观察组采用南少林理筋手法联合五子烫熨方外治,两组均干预4周。比较两组症状积分、疼痛程度及关节功能。结果两组干预后的症状积分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组干预后的Constant-Murly肩关节功能评分量表(CMS)评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者采取南少林理筋手法联合五子烫熨方外治治疗可改善临床症状,减轻疼痛程度,提高患者的关节功能。Objective To explore the effect of using the Southern Shaolin muscle regulating technique combined with the Wuzi Ironing Formula for External Treatment of patients with cold dampness obstruction type shoulder periarthritis,in order to guide the formulation of clinical intervention measures and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cold dampness obstruction type shoulder periarthritis.Methods Sixty patients with cold dampness obstruction type shoulder periarthritis admitted to Ganzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups received basic treatment,with the control group receiving Oral Diclofenac Sodium Sustained-Release Capsules,and the observation group receiving the Southern Shaolin muscle regulating technique combined with the Wuzi Ironing Formula for External Treatment.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.Compare the symptom scores,pain levels,and joint function between two groups.Results The symptom scores of both intervention groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After cntervention the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The Constant-Murly shoulder(CMS)scores of both intervention groups were higher than before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cold dampness obstruction type shoulder periarthritis can improve clinical symptoms,reduce pain,and enhance joint function by using the Southern Shaolin muscle regulating technique combined with the Wuzi Ironing Formula for External Treatment.
